Bible Reading Marathon Coordinator — Cochran, GA

We are just getting ready to have our 7th Annual Bible Reading Marathon. I can't began to emphasize what a blessing this has been to the Father heart of God…and to all those who participate each year. We generally have about 350 participants and have had a variety of special speakers for our opening night ceremonies … including our Georgia Secretary of State, our State Senator and the president of the Georgia State Board of Education.

Although we are a small community in rural Georgia, to the glory of God, we were the first community in the State of Georgia to link up with the BIBLE READING MARATHON team and have a marathon. Our city and county leaders are so proud of this that they have placed signs as you enter our city and county stating: "HOME OF GEORGIA'S FIRST BIBLE READING MARATHON".

Notice at the bottom: Home of Georgia's First Bible Reading Marathon. This greets folks into our county. We only have one of these signs.	Notice the rider on the bottom of our welcome to Cochran sign. We have THREE of these greeting visitors to our fair city.
